My wife and I want to express our complete satisfaction with the work your company did painting the outside of our house. From your visit to walk around the house and give us your estimate, to the preparation and painting, to the final clean up of the premises, everything was done in a highly professional manner. I want to commend the crew. My wife told me they are the best crew she has seen. They were all clearly well-trained and skilled at their work, and were also very friendly and courteous, willing to answer our questions and discuss the progress of the work. They put in the time needed to do a good job, not rushing or using shortcuts, but still finishing on the schedule you originally gave us. They were always here when they said they would be, and they formed an efficient unit. When he came into the house to paint the window sills he was careful not to make any mess, first taking off his shoes. The house looks beautiful. That, of course, is most important to us. Thomas and his crew recently finished a substantial repair to our house. The second floor bedroom (formerly a sleeping porch that was converted to a bedroom many years ago) on our newly-purchased house turned out to be failing structurally and had to have its support posts replaced (yes, we knew about it from the inspection, but no, we didn't know how big a job it was going to be -- we would never have bought the house if we had). We shopped around with several companies and chose TR Young because of the good reviews. I'm glad we did. Thomas handled all of the details (getting engineering plans drawn up, pulling permits, keeping us updated on the progress of the job). He has lots of experience in the field and clearly enjoys his work -- that shows up in the attention to detail (things like perfectly matching the paint at the end of the job so we can't really tell where the work was done).

We've had Thomas and his crew out to the house for projects twice since we moved into our fixer upper home in July 2015. First we had them repair a very decrepit deck and fix a floor joist that the previous owners had cut out to install some pipes. Then we just had him back to resolve some issues we were having with water drainage under the house. At first I thought the price seemed a little steep but after talking to Mr. Young and seeing the professionalism of his crew I am extremely pleased with all the work they have done. These guys do NOT take short cuts or cut corners. Everyone is friendly and hard working and stuff gets done right the first time, on time and on budget. Thomas is extremely personable and knowledgeable and comes up with very creative solutions to difficult problems. He is also very prompt to reply and courteous when answering questions or acknowledging concerns. I will continue to use this company for any and all work I need done in the future. We are hoping to have him back soon to replace some windows and tear down an old shed. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We hired TR Young Services to stain and seal a custom Cedar garage door for us as we were completing a driveway and front yard renovation for a client in Arlington. Thomas provided exceptional quality, service, and value. The door turned out beautifully and our client was very happy!

Our home was remodeled by TR Young Services (Jan-Mar 2018). I can recommend them without reservation. The work is excellent; the project manager (Brandon) was pleasant and responsive; the tradesmen were hard-working and competent. The home was left clean, complete, and I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the workmanship. As always when hiring a company, it is important to be sure the contract is clear and detailed. Having said that, when I had questions or found inaccuracies, things were handled quickly, pleasantly, and to everyone's satisfaction. TR Young are a pleasure to work with.
